As we approach the solar eclipse and start of the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse on 17 February, we are then pushed quickly into the Saturn/Neptune reset on 20 February – a washing machine of energies!

So how do we support ourselves during this time? Mystic Mamma this month talks about connecting with the greater field of us, the collective love that connects us all.

When we tap into the power of love within us, we reconnect with the great sea of us that unites all beings. Beneath our names, roles, and stories, there is a shared current of life moving through everything. Love is the awareness of that current. It is the remembering.

In moments of stillness, when the mind quiets and the heart opens, we can sense this deeper truth: we are not isolated drops, but waves of one living ocean. What we offer inwardly — kindness, forgiveness, patience — ripples outward into the unseen web of connection we all share. Every loving thought becomes a small act of healing for the whole.

From this place, healing is not something we “do” to fix ourselves. It is something we allow to happen by returning to alignment with our true nature. Love dissolves the illusion of separation that gives rise to fear, scarcity, and struggle. As we soften into it, the body relaxes, the breath becomes prayer, and the present moment becomes sacred ground.

Spiritual wellness is not found in escaping the human experience, but in inhabiting it more fully. When we choose love over fear, presence over distraction, and trust over control, we step into a deeper rhythm of life. We begin to move with the wisdom of the seasons, the pulse of the Earth, and the quiet guidance of the soul.

In remembering love, we remember who we are. Not apart from the world, but woven into it. Not broken, but becoming. And as we anchor ourselves in this inner source, we naturally become carriers of peace — living expressions of the great sea of us, flowing together in one shared breath.
