BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend, please phone at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will reschedule another time. If notification is received less than 24 hours before your appointment that you cannot attend or you are a no-show, there will be no refund. If you are running late, please call either Kate on 0403008428 or Judi on 0417 265 570

Payment

Appointments are paid at time of booking. We accept bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal and cash.

Pre-Appointment Health Declaration

Please inform us if you have any of these medical issues:

• Blood clots
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Thrombosis
• Had a stroke or symptoms of stroke
• Psychosis or have been medicated for depression
• Pacemaker?
• Pregnant
• On inflammatory medication
• Head injury
